Hair Have Merci Shipping & Return Policy

At Hair Have Merci, we strive to ensure every customer receives their order quickly and with care. Please review our shipping and return policy before completing your purchase.

Shipping Time

• On-Hand Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items: If your order includes items that are not on hand, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hair Have Merci is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may occur during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there has been a mistake on our end (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us immediately. While errors are extremely rare, we will promptly review and resolve the issue.
